With 30 plus years of experience in therapy and corporate management, my focus is on applying effective evidence based strategies and to help you find what’s preventing you from experiencing more joy and beneficial directions in your life. Your treatment occurs in a supportive atmosphere utilizing a variety of approaches to achieve the change you're wanting within yourself and in your circumstances.

Utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches including a powerful version of CBT (TEAM Cognitive Behavioral Therapy developed by Dr. David Burns), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Mindfulness, Exposure and Response Prevention, and other approaches, our focus will be to lead you to feeling better without years of therapy.
